A tagset is a list of part-of-speech tags (POS tags for short), i.e. labels used to indicate the part of speech and sometimes also other grammatical categories (case, tense etc.) of each token in a text corpus.

The Portuguese FreeLing part-of-speech tagset is available in Portuguese corpora annotated using the FreeLing morphological tagger, which is based on the EAGLES proposals and is intended to encode all existing morphological features for most European languages.

An example of a tag: [tag="N.FS.*"] for singular feminine nouns (usage in the CQL concordance search box, note: please make sure that you use straight double quotation marks)
