To access your subscriptions, invoices and storage space information, click you account menu person_outline in the top right of any screen and then SUBSCRIPTIONS & INVOICING or click this direct link.
The screen allows to:
- see the status of your subscription
- activate or disable the automatic renewal
- purchase more storage space for your own corpora
- change the payment card
Additional storage space can be purchased at any moment or the size of the storage space can be decreased.
Increasing the storage space
Immediately, you will only be charged the amount corresponding to the remaining part of your current subscription period. You will be charged the full amount from the beginning of the next subscription period.
Example: your subscription period renews on 20th of each month, you increase your storage space on the 10th. You will be charged immediately for 10 days of the increased storage space. You will be charged the full monthly fee on the 20th together with your subscription.
Decreasing the storage space
The storage space can be decreased at any moment. No money will be refunded for the unused part of the subscription period. It is therefore best to decrease the storage space towards the end of your subscription period.
Invoices can be downloaded within two days of the payment. If the invoice is not available, email email@example.com
How to check the subscription and payment status?
Log in to Sketch Engine, click My account (at the top-right corner of the screen) and select Subscription & Invoicing.
Where can I find the invoice for my payment?
Log in to Sketch Engine, click person_outline (at the top-right corner of the screen) – My account – SUBSCRIPTIONS AND INVOICING. If the invoice is not found, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I increase my user space?
subscription paid online by card
To increase the user quota (space for your user corpora), log in to Sketch Engine and click My account (at the top-right corner of the screen) and select Subscription & Invoicing. Make sure the automated renewal is active. Click More space to buy more space.

How do I update my credit/payment card details?
If your account subscription has not expired yet
- go to person_outline My account – SUBSCRIPTIONS AND INVOICING
- click Change payment card.
If your account subscription has expired already:
- log in to your account
- click SUBSCRIBE to set up a new subscription with a new card.
