How to pay
Trial account
Free of charge. Your card or banking information is NOT required to set up a trial account. After 30 days, the account will close down. You will NOT be charged automatically.
Academic individual accounts
When purchased in the Sketch Engine online, only card payment online is possible. Use this option to get the best price.
When ordered by email, payment can be made by card online or by bank transfer.
Academic groups and institutonal accounts
By card online or by bank transfer. The payment link is included in the official quotation or invoice sent to you by email.
Freelancer accounts
When purchased in the Sketch Engine online, only card payment online is possible. When ordered by email, payment can be made by card online or by bank transfer.
Non-academic and all other individually quoted accounts

Invoice / Receipt
An invoice (receipt) will be issued for any payment we receive. It may take up to 2 days.
- Subscriptions purchased in the Sketch Engine interface – the invoice can be downloaded from My account.
- Subscriptions ordered by email – the invoice will be emailed to you.
